The Opportunity Join our dynamic and collaborative Client Solutions team at Envision Pharma Group, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact promotional, medical education, and commercial medical communications projects for a growing global and US client account. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys working at the intersection of client partnership, project delivery, and regulatory excellence. You'll take ownership of multiple workstreams, support client engagement, and ensure seamless execution across complex, multi-channel programs. How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the day-to-day coordination and delivery of promotional and medical education projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Support ongoing client engagement, including participation in client meetings, status updates, and communications. Build strong, trusted relationships by anticipating needs and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Manage materials within Veeva Vault, including submission, workflow coordination, and approval processes. Ensure all assets progress efficiently through review cycles while maintaining compliance and accuracy. Previous experience submitting med ed promotional projects required.
  • Act as a central point of contact between internal teams (scientific, creative, editorial) and clients, ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth project execution.
  • Support project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance, particularly within regulated promotional environments.

Do you have what we are looking for? Skills \& expertise

  • Proven experience working within a medical communications agency, with hands-on involvement in promotional and/or commercial medical education activities for pharmaceutical or life sciences clients
  • Strong working knowledge of Veeva Vault, including materials management, workflows, and approval processes
  • Experience supporting client-facing accounts, including participation in meetings and ongoing communications
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Confident working cross-functionally and building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
