What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota (or in final stages of licensure)
• New graduates welcome
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
• Vestibular experience or interest is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
