We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team in

Villasanta (Monza \& Brianza)

. In this role, you will play a key part in

designing, implementing, and improving supply chain processes

, directly reporting to the Operations Director.

Your key responsibilities

As a

Supply Chain Manager in the automotive logistics sector

, you will:

• Lead demand planning and procurement processes in close collaboration with Purchasing
• Monitor performance using KPIs, lead time analysis, and cost control mechanisms
• Optimize logistics flows, warehouse operations, and inventory management
• Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations
• Support the development of efficient, scalable, and future-proof supply chain processes

Your profile

We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain professional with:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Experience in automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, or similar
• Advanced skills in Excel and supply chain systems (ERP, WMS)
• Strong command of English (mandatory in an international environment)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset
