Job Purpose

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our projects across the GTA. This role is ideal for a strong leader with proven experience in ground-up ICI construction. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, including overnight shifts and flexible weekend work as required, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Duties \& Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers
• Oversee ground-up ICI construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement solutions to maintain timelines
• Enforce quality control standards and conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, reports, and safety records
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to ensure efficient site operations
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site safety meetings and proactively address hazards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple trades and resolve site conflicts efficiently
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to site teams

Qualifications \& Skills Required

• 7\+ years of experience in construction, with strong background in ground-up ICI projects
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Hands-on construction experience with the ability to lead from the front
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly
• A diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000\.00-$120,000\.00 per year
