Senior Officer, HVAC Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales service support for HVAC systems and equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems including VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split Units, and Ventilation systems.
• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with customers and service teams for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform site inspections and diagnose technical problems efficiently.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer feedback documentation.
• Ensure proper installation support, testing, and commissioning activities when required.
• Coordinate with spare parts and procurement teams to ensure material availability for servicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and service procedures.
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and follow-up with customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and service staff.
• Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in preparing service quotations and maintenance proposals when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service support.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• HVAC-related technical certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC servicing, maintenance, or after-sales support.
• Experience in troubleshooting and servicing commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC systems.
• Prior experience in an engineering, electronics, or HVAC solutions company will be preferred.
