CRE Investment Analyst/ Senior Analyst (Equity)

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-capitalized, vertically integrated commercial real estate owner-operator for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join its Equity Investments team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong analytical professional looking to deepen exposure to institutional-quality acquisitions, development underwriting, and ownership-side asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities, including detailed cash flow modeling and valuation analysis

• Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials for internal investment committee review

• Conduct market research to support underwriting assumptions and identify emerging opportunities

• Maintain internal databases of market data, sales comps, and lease comparables

• Support transaction due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions and dispositions

• Assist with ongoing asset management analysis, including quarterly valuation updates

• Collaborate with asset management, leasing, property management, and accounting teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline

• 1\+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, equity, or principal-side roles

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Argus

• Solid understanding of underwriting, valuation, and deal mechanics

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

• Clear communicator with interest in ownership-side investing
