To help power our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Brand Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across all channels. This is an opportunity to get in at the early stages and work closely with senior leadership to shape the brand’s visual identity.
If you’re a designer with deep DTC experience and an eye for bringing thoughtful and conversion-driven design to life, this role is for you. We are looking for a designer who understands how to translate brand identity into beautiful and high-performing creative assets - from website banners to landing page experiences to paid social creatives and more. This role will report to the Senior Director of Brand and Creative and collaborate across the team to help shape and deliver on our ambitious growth strategy. Graphic design is your core skill, but you are comfortable thinking about photography, motion, storytelling, and video as part of a brand system.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply entrepreneurial, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently balance brand and performance across multiple design domains.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end brand creative output: concept and execute photo/video and design assets across all channels (website, email, paid ads, organic social, packaging, and direct mail)
- Translate brand identity and voice into high-performing, conversion-focused creative
- Produce graphic design assets across web, email, social, and packaging
- Create motion graphics and edit social-first videos for Meta, TikTok, Instagram using tools like After Effects or CapCut, with an understanding of current trends
- Design mobile-optimized landing pages for different audience personas in collaboration with the growth team
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ideate and execute new creative concepts
- Use performance data to continuously optimize and iterate on creative output
- Establish and maintain design processes, templates, and systems to improve team efficiency
- Manage organization and tagging of creative assets within the DAM system
Requirements
- 4–6\+ years of experience in design/creative for DTC brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to blend brand storytelling with performance marketing
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including component systems and mobile-first design
- Deep understanding of e-commerce UX/UI best practices and conversion-focused design
- Fluent in using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini, Google AI Studio, ElevenLabs, Claude, etc.) as part of the creative workflow, with a willingness to continuously adopt new tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and iterate on creative accordingly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly as needs evolve
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset
Bonus (but not required)
- Experience at home goods, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands known for breaking through in their category or getting noticed culturally
- Experience with creative analytics tools (e.g., Motion)
- Familiarity with key e-commerce and marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Replo, Shopify Theme Builder)
