We’re growing fast, working with more and more B2B tech companies in complex industries, helping them drive tangible results. We’ve worked with some of Europe's most exciting B2B startups and scaleups, including Cradle, Cutr, Expandi, Frends and Axual - and are now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Growth (exact title depends on your experience) to help more such companies build their marketing engine.

Where We Believe B2B Marketing is Headed…
- The traditional marketing agency model is broken. Questionable retainers, unnecessary dependencies and too many juniors doing the actual work.
- AI is changing the game. But the world is split between in-house teams who don't have the bandwidth to figure out what works and 'influencers' who build impressive looking stuff that doesn't move the needle. Agencies can be a major driver for practical AI implementations.
- AI may handle much of the operational and executional heavy lifting - but orchestration, creativity, and strategy remain deeply human
- Marketing should get its rightful seat at the table in B2B companies, just as it’s long had in many B2C businesses. But it requires strong marketing leadership, backed with expert execution.
- Marketing’s role is to drive revenue, not just generate leads
- Sales may be credited with GTM responsibility, but the true fundamentals of GTM - market understanding, audience insight, creative differentiation - are rooted in marketing
- RevOps, GTM engineering, and revenue enablement are increasingly becoming part of the marketing scope
- Enterprise companies in complex industries (biotech, manufacturing, health tech) might not shout as loudly as the latest SaaS startup, but they often have the most exciting challenges and opportunities you can find.
- Great marketers will be those who combine commercial mindset with originality, creativity, and and the technical abilities to orchestrate AI in a practical way
- Differentiation and pattern interruption is more important than ever. Thought leadership is crucial but needs to really be original, different and stand out.

Now that we’ve set the scene, let’s get into the more ‘standard’ job description.
About the role…
We’re a small team of A-players where there are endless opportunities to take ownership and do different things. Some of the main responsibilities you can expect include:
- Working alongside our founders and team, you’ll work closely with our clients to develop a clear strategy, identify their biggest growth opportunities and execute on them.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients (3-4 at any time), taking ownership of their outcomes and coordinating team efforts and resources as needed.
- Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels (e.g. SEA, LinkedIn Ads) and running ABM and other marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating key projects, campaigns and initiatives with both out clients' in house teams and our own team experts.
- Leveraging data and analytics to prioritize initiatives, make informed decisions quickly, and drive performance.
- Set up and manage marketing automation and conversion tracking systems to improve metrics and deliver measurable results.
- Ensure effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and projects on track.
- Stay ahead of trends and developments in B2B growth and continuously improve the way we help companies grow.
- Love what you do, share your learnings, and inspire others on the team.

This role is for you if…
- You have 6\+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- You have significant experience in B2B marketing within startups / scale-ups, ideally with experience in complex industries.
- You’re an all-round marketer with good skills in performance marketing, copywriting and marketing automation
- You think strategically but also don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and executing.
- You’re a great communicator and are able to manage various stakeholders.
- You’re tech-savvy and data-driven, with a strong analytical approach.
- You have high standards and your own opinion and ideas on what good marketing looks like
- You have a pragmatic approach to using AI in your work.

- You’re not comfortable figuring out new tools and skills
- You only want to do strategy and not execute
- You’d rather stay in your comfort zone than break new ground
- You’re stuck in an old-school, lead-gen-only mindset
