Physician Assistant

Hiring a Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) to support its Nephrology service. The role is designed for an APP who can provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient hospital rounds for nephrology patients.
• Conduct outpatient dialysis center rounds.
• Provide office coverage as needed if future needs arise.
• Travel to outreach locations one week per month.

Schedule \& Coverage

• Full‑time (minimum 40 hours/week).
• Monday–Friday, primarily day shift (8‑hour days).
• One weekend per month of coverage.
• Limited holiday call.

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Comfortable with inpatient and outpatient nephrology workflows.
• Willing to travel to outreach sites monthly.

Work Setting

• Primarily inpatient at the hospital.
• Regular dialysis center rounds.
• Occasional clinic/office coverage when needed.
