Electrical Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the Building Management System and Heating, Ventilation \& Air Conditioning System under the direction of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem.
• Basic Knowledge of AC, Electrical, Plumbing \& Fire Alarm system particularly of busy commercial Building \& Warehouse.
• Knowledge and experience in BMS panel \& field device termination work.
• Experience in involving BMS testing \& commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with MEP staff \& 3rd party for all kind of maintenance activities.
• Able to read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment and all other MEP site installation.
• Conducts frequent site verification if required.
• Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures.
• Understand and instruct team for adhering local safety regulation.
