Digital Marketing-IT specialist

We are looking for a motivated, computer-savvy Digital Marketing \& IT Specialist to join our team in Antigo, WI. This is an in-office position, and you must be able to be in the office Mon-Fri.

During the warmer months, this position will focus primarily on marketing our mosquito and insect-control business. During the winter months, the focus will shift to marketing our Snow Hammer rooftop snow-removal product. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Google PPC advertising, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website management, and creating photos and videos for online marketing. They will also provide computer and technology support for our office.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage and maintain Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create photos, videos, social media posts, and advertising.
• Help develop and manage Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor advertising performance and help identify what is working.
• Update our company website.
• Help develop new ways to generate customers through digital marketing.
• During winter, focus heavily on marketing and selling Snow Hammer.

IT \& Computer Support

• Troubleshoot computer and software problems.
• Assist with printers, internet, email, and other office technology.
• Install and configure software and equipment.
• Identify computer problems and determine when outside technical assistance is needed.
• Help keep office technology running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with Google Ads/PPC is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to make basic website changes.
• Comfortable creating photos, videos, and written content.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new software and technology.
• Marketing or IT experience preferred, but formal IT certifications are not required.

Pay: From $20\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
