About the Job

The Graphic Designer role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety and can balance creativity with precision. This position works closely with the Sales Team, production staff and leadership to develop high-quality designs, proofs and print-ready files while helping ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.

This is not a slow-paced desk job. We are looking for someone who can handle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, communicate effectively and maintain accountability in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs, mockups and print-ready files while ensuring accuracy, organization and attention to detail throughout every stage of production
• Manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong communication with the Sales Team, production staff and leadership
• Translate creative briefs into polished visual concepts that exceed client expectations while contributing creative ideas, problem-solving and workflow improvements
• Learn and operate additional design programs, production equipment and installation processes as needed to support the InkHouse team
• Take initiative, remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment and support team operations to help ensure projects, events and client needs are completed successfully

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or willingness to learn
• Preferred 2\+ years in design experience
• Preferred but, not required large format printing experience
• Willingness to learn additional design programs as needed such as but, not limited to: RIP software and Laser software.
• Willingness to learn some basic installation skills to better understand layouts

• Salary Position (Full Time)
• Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $25\.00 - $28\.00/hour
