We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help introduce Healink to dental practices and drive new customer growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions to business owners, and closing deals. You will work directly with the founding team and play an important role in expanding Healink’s presence in the dental industry.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective dental practices, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales process through closing. This is a high ownership role where you will help build our sales pipeline, engage with practice owners, and contribute to Healink’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Identify dental practices that may benefit from Healink. Reach out to dentists, office managers, and practice teams through calls, emails, and online
  • outreach. Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry engagement. Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM or internal tracking tools
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for dentists and their teams. Clearly communicate the value of the platform and how it can support practice growth. Answer questions and address objections during the sales process
  • Closing New Customers: Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement. Guide prospective customers through pricing, agreements, and onboarding. Follow up consistently with interested practices to move opportunities forward.
  • Relationship Management and Account Growth: Build and retain strong relationships with dentists, office managers, and treatment coordinators. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers after onboarding. Identify opportunities to grow accounts through continued engagement and upselling when appropriate.
  • Reporting and Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the founders to review progress and refine sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with the dental industry and dental office operations
  • Comfort speaking with and presenting to decision-makers such as practice owners, office
  • managers, and treatment coordinators
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Self-motivated with an ownership mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
  • environment
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Experience working in dental practices, dental technology companies, or the broader healthcare
  • field is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus
