Job Details

We are seeking experienced healthcare administrative professionals to support busy specialty clinics in Orthopaedics and ENT. Candidates with strong scheduling, prior authorization, patient coordination, and Epic/APeX experience will thrive in these fast-paced environments. Ideal applicants are organized, patient-focused, and comfortable handling high daily call and scheduling volumes while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.

Schedule: Monday–Friday \| 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
