$1,500/month \+ $500 per successful new hire

The Role

We’re looking for a

high-energy Recruiter

to help us

consistently identify, engage, and schedule great candidates for our growing team

.

This role is focused on

high-volume recruiting and candidate outreach

— sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for roles such as technicians, drivers, plumbers, and operational team members.

This isn’t a passive recruiting job — it requires someone who is

organized, proactive, and driven to keep the hiring pipeline full every day.

Here’s What Matters Most

  • Proactively sourcing and reaching out to candidates every day
  • Keeping a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with our hiring team

Every now and then, you may also be asked to support recruiting process improvements, research hiring strategies, or assist with employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification calls
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the recruiting system
  • Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
  • Track recruiting metrics and ensure a consistent flow of candidates
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines for future roles

Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting for operations, trades, service, or blue-collar roles is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable making outreach messages and screening calls
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles
  • Familiar with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours
