Position Title: Product Designer – Media Collective

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape innovative, data-driven media and advertising experiences within our Media Collective ecosystem. This role focuses on designing intuitive ad products, campaign workflows and audience-driven experiences that connect brands, retailers and customers effectively.

Roles \& Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end design strategy for Media Collective products including ad creation workflows, campaign management, audience targeting, reporting dashboards and on-site/off-site ad experiences.
  • Design intuitive advertiser and marketer experiences for planning, launching and optimizing campaigns across retail media channels.
  • Develop UX frameworks, interaction models and scalable design patterns for ad placements, sponsored content and personalization experiences.
  • Partner with data science and AI teams to translate complex targeting, attribution and recommendation models into clear, usable interfaces.
  • Conduct user research with advertisers, brand managers and internal stakeholders to validate concepts and improve usability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and analytics teams to ensure high-quality, scalable and consistent design implementation.
  • Define and track design success metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversion lift, and advertiser efficiency, using A/B testing and analytics.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for media and ad products ensuring consistency across touchpoints.

Skills Required:

  • Product Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design
  • Experience with ad tech, retail media, or data-driven platforms
  • Figma (primary), Sketch/Adobe XD (optional)
  • Campaign workflows, dashboards, data visualization
  • Personalization, targeting, and recommendation systems
  • Conversion optimization \& behavioral design
  • Responsive and scalable system design

Experience Required:

  • 6–9 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in retail media, advertising platforms, SaaS tools or data-heavy products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, such as campaign management tools, dashboards, ad experiences or data-driven interfaces.
  • Experience designing for multi-sided platforms (advertisers, internal users, customers) is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of behavioral design, experimentation (A/B testing) and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in translating complex data and AI-driven systems into intuitive user experiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering and data teams.
  • Ability to operate with ownership and influence design direction across products.
