该职位来源于猎聘 Summary/Objective 摘要/目标 Reporting to the head of R\&D department, the lab chemist is responsible for developing efficient analytical methods based on company’s products requirement and maintain the equipment. Develop new products based mainly on local materials. Develop new products required by market. 本职位汇报给研发部门负责人。根据公司产品要求，实验室化学师负责开发高效的分析方法，以当地原材料为主，开发相应的新产品或根据市场需求开发新产品，同时负责设备进行维护。 Essential Functions/基本职能 1、Product development according to local market requirement, in accordance with SBU China and information from affiliates in order to increase competitiveness and/or contributions. 根据中国业务部和集团公司的信息，根据当地市场需求开发产品，以提高竞争力和/或边际贡献。 2、Selection of raw materials and fixation of requested specifications with corporation with other departments.与其他部门通力协作，进行原材料筛选并确定所需的规格 3、Establish chemical and applicable specifications of newly developed products with support of Marketing \& QC lab. 在市场和质量控制实验室的支持下，建立新开发产品的化学和适用规格。 4、Chemical analysis for raw material and finishing goods, even competitor’s product. 对原材料和成品进行化学分析，必要分析竞争对手的产品 5、Initial BOM and Working instruction. 负责产品结构（BOM）和工作指导书的建立 6、Keep constant up-dates of test methods and technology documents, maintain laboratory equipment in good running order, and organize services and repairs as required. 通过不断更新测试方法和技术文件，使保持实验室设备的良好运行状态，并根据需要安排服务和维修 7、Assistant in marketing in establishing new technical data sheet. 协助市场建立新的技术数据表 8、Technical/Chemical support to technical sales staff whenever necessary. 必要时为技术销售人员提供技术/化学支持 9、Support QA, technical service staff in case of quality compliances. 在发生质量问题时给予 QA 和技术服务人员足够的支持 10、Support production department for setting up the procedures of new formulated products. 给予生产部在新产品的生产流程中所需要的技术支持 11、To complete assignments delegated by supervisor. 完成主管委派的任务 Competencies/能力 1、Time management / 时间管理 2、Attention to detail / 注重细节 3、Strong analytical skills and observation ability / 较强的分析能力和观察能力 4、Strong problem-solving skills / 较强的解决问题能力 5、Strong innovation ability / 创新能力强 6、Excellent computer skills / 优秀的计算机技能 7、Strong communication skills (both written and oral) / 较强的沟通能力(书面和口头) Required Education and Experience/所需教育和经验 1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemistry or light chemistry engineering related. 至少大学本科学历，化学或轻化工程相关。

2、More than 3 years’ related work experience in chemical industry if bachelor’s degree holder; as for master’s degree holder, work experience less than 3 years also could be considered; Fresh Ph.D. fresh graduates could be considered as well. 本科学历至少3 年以上化工行业相关工作经验；硕士学历1-3年化工行业相关工作经验；博士毕业生亦在考虑之中。 Preferred Education and Experience/学历和经验优先 1、Ph.D. is preferred. 博士学历优先 2、Spin finish or lubricant or Surfactant, related working experience is preferred. 纺丝油剂或润滑油或表面活性剂相关经验优先。
