VP, Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a VP Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $205,000 – $275,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in company products and market dynamics
• Define product portfolio strategy focusing on build, buy, and partnerships
• Lead financial planning and business strategy for product initiatives
• Engage with various stakeholders for insights on product enhancements
• Oversee internal teams to ensure successful product development
• Maintain communication regarding product timelines and needs
• Drive the use of company-wide resources for best-in-class SaaS products

Qualifications

• 12\+ years in product development and management
• 10\+ years in healthcare technology
• 5\+ years in managing SaaS portfolios with 35\+ applications
• 5\+ years in Agile frameworks
• 5\+ years supervising teams of 25\+ staff
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
