Role Overview

• Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Individual Contributor)
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Shift)
• Joining Date: April 14 (Immediate Joiners Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers and drive B2C sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right programs
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Inside Sales (B2C or B2B) (B2C preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with high energy

💰 Compensation \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹29,700 – ₹34,900 (Fixed) \+ Structured Variable Pay
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹5,000/month (from 5th month onwards)
• 🚖 One-way cab facility (Drop)
• 🍽️ Dinner provided by the company

• Monday to Friday: Work from Office
• 1st Saturday: Fixed Off
• Remaining Saturdays: Work From Home
• Sundays: Fixed Off
