Job Description
Your Tasks
- Manage and coordinate all operational activities including Field Services to ensure projects are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Plan, manage, and monitor resources, production schedules, and capacity utilization.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency.
- Ensure optimal performance of equipment through preventative maintenance and process improvements.
- Manage commissioning of new equipment and train personnel for effective operation.
- Ensure full compliance with company health, safety and quality systems in accordance with statutory requirements
- Collaborate with EXCO to develop and manage the annual operational budget while monitoring financial performance, operational costs, and productivity metrics to ensure sustained profitability.
- Lead and develop teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management, ensuring high performance, engagement and accountability.
- Partner with senior management in setting operational goals aligned with Everllence’s strategic objectives.

Your Experience \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing workshop processes and driving production efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
- High sense of accountability, discipline, and integrity.
- Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
