As a

Senior Business Analyst

on our Omni Product team, you'll be the bridge between big ideas and real solutions. You'll dig into complex data, lead discovery conversations, and translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, structured, and actionable requirements. You'll partner with business leaders, data engineers, and development teams to deliver outcomes that truly matter — to our customers and to our company.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities — from stakeholder interviews and process mapping to gap analysis and requirements documentation
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and drive data-informed product decisions
• Author detailed BRDs, Functional Specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, and API/integration requirements
• Write clear, actionable user stories and epics that account for technical requirements, data dependencies, and system constraints
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and data insights
• Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and dashboards that measure product performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — as the voice of the business
• Evaluate system capabilities, identify integration points, and document technical dependencies across platforms and APIs
• Define acceptance criteria, review completed work, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

What You Bring

• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis, process decomposition, and impact assessments
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Familiarity with API documentation and RESTful service concepts
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret data models and system architecture diagrams
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending is a plus
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus
