Head of Data
position
This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with responsibility for scaling a modern data platform, growing a high-performing team, and driving data innovation across the company.
Must haves:
- 8–12\+ years in data roles
- Leadership experience in high-growth environments
- Strong programming skills (Python preference)
- Experience running ML pipelines
- Familiarity with DBT and Terraform
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
