Project Overview:
- The Analytics \& Insights team uses data, reporting, and analysis to inform decisions regarding client’s office environments, services, and employee experiences.
- The team aims to establish a unified view of performance metrics through standardized reporting.
Overall Responsibilities:
- The Insights Analyst blends analytical capabilities with business intuition to transform varied data streams into high-value intelligence that informs most vital strategic choices.
- You will serve as the primary data expert, translating complex information for both technical peers and non-technical business partners while managing data initiatives from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Engineer data pipelines and author SQL-based reports and dashboards for visualization.

- Manage comprehensive data initiatives from initial requirement gathering to final insight delivery.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and dashboards (PLX/Data Studio) to establish a unified and trusted view of REWS performance metrics (e.g., Keystone 50).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Workplace Programs, Technical Solutions) to translate complex data into strategic insights for office environments and services.
- Lead end-to-end data initiatives for key projects such as the Experience Performance Index (EPI) and Dynamic Space Metrics (DSM), from requirement gathering to executive delivery.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6\+ years of professional experience in quantitative analysis and working with SQL databases and data modeling.
- Proficiency in BI tools like PLX, Tableau, or Data Studio, with a focus on data storytelling.
- Superior communication abilities and a client-focused approach to problem-solving.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- BS or MS in engineering, macroeconomics, or finance.
- Experience in data science or specialized business analytics.
- Advanced skills in writing and creating presentations for organizational influence.
- Self-starter mindset with a proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments.
