Solutions Engineer

AI Infrastructure

$300k OTE \+ equity

US West Coast remote

We are running a search for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company to hire a Presales Engineer covering North America. The company has built a new category of AI infrastructure, dedicated, single-tenant, in-country cloud environments for enterprises that cannot run production AI workloads on shared public cloud. They closed $100M\+ in customer contracts in their first five months of operations and recently raised a $30M investment. The pipeline is growing faster than the team.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Supporting the sales process across North America, from discovery and scoping through to proposal and close
  • Leading technical conversations with enterprise buyers in regulated industries at both the engineering and C-suite levels
  • Mapping customer AI workloads to dedicated, single-tenant GPU infrastructure and articulating the difference versus shared public cloud
  • Building proofs-of-concept and technical proposals that win
  • Helping customers understand data residency, compliance, and governance requirements and how the platform addresses them
  • Working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure that what is sold can be delivered

What we're looking for

  • 5\+ years in a presales or solutions engineering role within AI infrastructure, cloud, or GPU compute
  • Technical fluency across GPU architectures, workload mapping, and compute optimisation
  • Experience selling into regulated enterprises where security, data residency, and compliance matter
  • Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where the role evolves with the business
  • Background at a hyperscaler, AI infrastructure vendor, or high-growth startup preferred
  • Based on the West Coast
