What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a subject matter expert for D365 and its modules, supporting existing implementations and designing enhancements
• Collaborate with business users to design and deploy new requirements and integrations
• Identify software gaps and suggest alternatives using knowledge of business processes
• Define and analyze high-level functional requirements and write detailed specifications
• Conduct impact analyses of new solutions or changes to current systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience with global implementation or rollout of D365 Finance \& Operations
• Experience supporting finance, operations, procurement, sales, accounting, and related business areas
• Experience working with ISVs and integrating different platforms
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
• Strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills

• Experience in a similar role within a technology consulting environment
• Familiarity with industry best practices in application design and feature optimization
