Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
to work for a North American industry leader located 1 hour outside of Omaha, NE
Our client is looking for a
Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
to be responsible for leading the design and development of equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing operations to support manufacturing growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team to improve manufacturing methods and processes for maximum throughput, efficiency, and quality.
- Perform Make/Buy decisions on key components going through the manufacturing process.
- New Product Development implementations from Engineering through manufacturing.
- ECN Implementation and disposition.
- Develop the organizational structure of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department to better utilize resources to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10\+ years experience within Advanced Manufacturing
- 4\+ years of Engineering Management
