Senior DevOps Engineer

Job purpose:

• We are building a modern AI-first digital banking platform with a strong engineering culture, cloud-native architecture, and high operational standards.
• We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale and automate our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and cloud platform capabilities.
• This role requires strong hands-on infrastructure engineering experience, deep cloud knowledge, automation mindset, and operational ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for modern software delivery
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
• Improve platform reliability, security, scalability, and monitoring
• Support engineering teams with deployment automation and developer tooling
• Implement observability, logging, alerting, and incident management processes
• Optimize infrastructure performance and cloud cost efficiency
• Manage secrets, access control, and platform security standards
• Drive platform standardization and operational excellence
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
• 5\+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, and cloud databases.
• Experience with Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.
