Job Description
Summary: The Regional Sales Manage is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive profitable growth of all Interstate McBee products across Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. The role focuses on market expansion, customer relationship management, and delivering strong sales performance. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Essential Functions:
- Travel throughout the assigned territory approximately 80% of the time.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and establish new ones.
- Conduct planned visits with current customers to assess needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Prospect and secure new business through cold calls and other lead‑generation channels.
- Identify training needs and provide product and sales training for distributors inside and outside sales teams.
- Gather market intelligence related to competitive pricing, new product opportunities, literature needs, and promotional activities.
- Communicate and reinforce the strengths of Interstate‑McBee products, including quality and product line breadth.
- Identify underperforming markets and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Provide customer support related to quality issues, replacements, technical questions, and sales.
- Develop and maintain distributor sales in line with agreed targets and drive secondary orders.
- Deliver a business plan aligned with revenue, margin, product, and brand growth goals, including promotional and marketing requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by the Vice Present of Sales.

- Maintain the company’s contact database on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and submit weekly expense reports.
Required Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and standard office equipment, transfer information, and communicate effectively in person and by phone.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the heavy‑duty aftermarket industry.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities at all organizational levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, charts, and figures.
- Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong work ethic with dedication, focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Sound judgment, strong reasoning abilities, and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Organized, resourceful, and proactive.
Pay: $75,000\.00 - $90,000\.00 per year
