As the first dedicated PR lead, you will transition this high-growth protocol’s narrative from the crypto echo chamber into mainstream financial media. You will own the end-to-end communications strategy, shaping compelling stories around tokenization and institutional DeFi while building direct relationships with top-tier tech and finance journalists to drive global visibility.

What You Will Do

• Execute full-cycle media strategies and craft press materials that align with major protocol launches and institutional partnerships.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with key journalists across the crypto, tech, and mainstream financial landscapes.
• Manage leadership media preparation, briefing materials, and the press inbox while partnering with SEO teams to amplify coverage.

The ideal candidate

• 4-10 years of PR experience, ideally agency-side, with at least 1 year of direct experience in the crypto/Web3 sector.
• Proven track record of personally securing high-impact media placements in tech and finance publications.
• Exceptional storyteller capable of distilling complex DeFi and infrastructure topics into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
