About The Role

By Adina Eden is a fast-growing jewelry and hair accessories brand. We're looking for a

Packaging Designer \& Production Coordinator

to own our packaging end to end — from concept and design through sampling and production — and to help bring our showroom to life around each new collection.

This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone equally comfortable in Adobe Illustrator and on the phone with a factory. You'll define the look of our jewelry boxes and hair accessory cards, and make sure every piece of packaging is produced correctly, in the right quantities, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Design display cards, hang cards, and boxes for jewelry and hair accessories
• Develop multiple design directions for each product type, drawing on trend research and inspiration
• Build production-ready artwork and dielines in Adobe Illustrator
• Mock up and card physical samples to see how designs look with real product
• Manage packaging production from order placement through delivery
• Work directly with overseas factories to place orders and follow up on timelines
• Spec materials, finishes, dimensions, and unit quantities accurately
• Review samples and QC incoming packaging to confirm it matches spec
• Set up and refresh the showroom around new styles and collections
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and buyer-ready
• Coordinate with the team so new products get photographed as they come in

What We're Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills, especially in

Adobe Illustrator

(Photoshop / InDesign a plus)

• Experience designing physical packaging — dielines, print production, materials, and finishes
• Comfortable managing production and communicating with factories and vendors
• A sharp eye for retail presentation and merchandising
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle design and production deadlines at once
• Self-starter who can take a project from inspiration to finished, shipped packaging
