Job description:

• Assist in processing new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Enter and update policy data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support underwriters or claims officers with document handling, client communication, and case follow-ups.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for policies, claims, and correspondence.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in an insurance company or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of general insurance principles (motor, medical, property, etc.) is an advantage.
