Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions based on physician-directed home health plans. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, performing evaluations of mobility, strength, and function, and developing personalized care plans. The OT is responsible for documentation, modifying treatment as needed, discharge planning, and patient education. Supervision of other personnel and completion of assessments like OASIS are also key duties.
Requirements:
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, current unrestricted state license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance. Preferred experience includes home health therapy and OASIS documentation skills.
