Financial Analyst – Buffalo, NY (Hybrid → Remote)
SelectOne is partnering with a manufacturing organization in Western NY to hire a Financial Analyst. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting while working closely with leadership to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Support cash flow tracking and financial planning
- Partner with accounting and operations on month-end and strategic initiatives
- Work within ERP systems (SAP/Monarch) to ensure data accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3\+ years of financial analysis or cost accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP a plus)
- Ability to communicate insights to leadership
Schedule:
Fully onsite to start, transitioning to fully remote
