Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing AI systems, with a particular focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Key responsibilities include researching and implementing innovative AI algorithms, creating robust software solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align technical execution with strategic goals. The Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer will also mentor junior team members and contribute to driving AI-powered initiatives from conception to deployment. You will work directly with the CEO and senior management team and learn every aspect of the venture studio model.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Strong background in Computer Science fundamentals
• Significant experience in Software Development
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Problem-solving mindset and a track record of delivering scalable AI solutions
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems is a plus
• Familiarity with integrating AI into commercial products is advantageous
• Rapid ideation and prototyping of dual-use product concepts
