Hybrid Schedule: 4x10 schedule / Onsite 2 days per week in Charlotte, NC

The Senior Scrum Master will lead Agile teams across complex initiatives and stakeholder groups for our client. The role requires a pragmatic approach to Agile, strong facilitation, and the ability to adapt frameworks to business needs. The Senior Scrum Master will collaborate with Product Owners, peers, vendors, and leadership to drive delivery, optimize processes, and sustain measurable team health. Prior project management experience and budget awareness will support planning and execution.

Rate: $70\.00 to $75\.00/hr. w2

• Ensure Agile teams are functional, productive, and protected from unnecessary external disruption.
• Provide servant leadership while modeling Agile values and behaviors.
• Remove barriers and impediments that prevent delivery.
• Capture and analyze metrics to monitor team and project health such as velocity and burn-down charts.
• Mentor team members and promote Agile thinking while ensuring process adherence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination.
• Facilitate estimation activities using approaches such as story points and Planning Poker.
• Partner with the Product Owner and team to maintain the backlog and task board and to ensure artifact quality.
• Capture and track impediments, risks, and dependencies through resolution.
• Update the team improvement backlog with retrospective commitments and share commitment and end-of-sprint reports.
