Job Description

• Experience in working with IDMC from platform perspective for both IDMC secure agent model and IDMC serverless mode, Optimization of overall infra and code along with Migration of code from Legacy to IDMC.
• Working knowledge of installing, upgrading, configuring, or supporting Informatica components PowerCenter, Data Engineering Integration (DEI) \& Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), EDP(versions 10\.4\.1 and above), Master Data Management(MDM), Managed file transfer MFT and troubleshooting, patching, version upgrade testing.
• Good to have the integration experience on Informatica components with Microsoft HD Insights.
• Working knowledge of configuring various services such as Integration service, Repository service, Webservice, Model repository service and DIS etc. Troubleshoot issues related to databases, job failures, software bugs, and performance bottlenecks to all incidents working with multiple cross functional teams like DBA, Unix Server Administrator, Informatica Global Support, and work on problems and drive them to resolutions.
• Be able to proactively monitor the overall system (executing daily health check reports - job execution stats, volume processed, execution times, IO times taken etc.) and take appropriate actions to improve the overall health of the system
• Familiar with standard code management practices and tools Stakeholders Management and Communication Coordinate other stake holders which required for finding solution / RCA / Critical Tickets Project Technical Artifacts upgrade and maintenance Quickly Adopt to new tools / On boarding of new projects if required in Informatica Support Project Scope Certification on Informatica, ITIL and Azure are added advantage. Not mandatory. Experience : 10 to 12 years. Higher/lower side of the years of experience can be reconsidered for right the candidate.
