Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor located in New York, NY. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards, and managing the work of construction teams. They will monitor safety compliance, address on-site issues, and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate construction crews effectively
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site safety regulations, and quality control measures
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling techniques, and resource allocation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges efficiently
• Familiarity with construction software and technology is a plus (ie. Procore)
• Bachelor's degree or experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
