The Role

• Lead the design of complex systems, bringing creativity and strategic insight to the Digital Channels team.

• Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Masterfully design complex web interfaces and workflows, integrating animation and micro-interactions.

• Contribute to a global design system, developing reusable workflow patterns and components.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals.

What You'll Need

• 5\+ years of experience in Product Design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.

• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro for wireframing and prototyping.

• Expertise in User-Centered Design, Journey Mapping, and Interaction/UI Design.

• Solid understanding and experience with Design Systems and complex systems design.

• Proven ability to mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation.
