Your new role
As Division Manager, you will lead a team of 6–9 Territory Sales Representatives across your assigned Texas region. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and supporting the field sales team while driving distribution, retail execution, and commercial performance. You will spend approximately four days per week in the field working directly alongside your team, helping them grow their capabilities and deliver results.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in building a strong sales culture, developing future leaders, and contributing to the company's continued growth across the region.
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing field-based sales teams
- Strong background within FMCG, CPG, beverage, alcohol, tobacco, convenience retail, or a related consumer goods environment
- Proven ability to drive sales performance through coaching and accountability
- Experience managing territories, retail execution, distribution, and sales KPIs
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region (up to 70%)
- A growth mindset with a genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
