No ramp-up period waiting for inventory. No slow starts building a pipeline from scratch. We have active deal flow right now — and we need someone who can plug directly into our operation and start selling from Day 1\.

At Keystone Home Buyers, we've been acquiring and moving investment properties since 2019\. Our acquisitions engine runs consistently, which means our dispositions team always has product to sell. What we don't have time for is someone who needs hand-holding or takes three months to find their footing. If you're good at building investor relationships and moving deals, you will thrive here immediately.

What this role actually looks like:

You plug in. We hand you the deals. You sell them. That's the job. Our acquisitions team is constantly feeding the pipeline with motivated seller contracts, so your only focus is getting those properties in front of the right buyers and closing. No excuses about not having inventory. It's already there.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who knows how to build and work an investor buyer network
• A relationship-driven closer who moves with urgency and communicates with confidence
• Someone who understands that inventory isn't the problem here — execution is
• Real estate or wholesaling experience preferred, but what matters most is your ability to move product and build trust with buyers fast
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable — you own your results

Compensation:

This is a 10% performance-based role. Our dispositions agents are expected to move $50,000–$100,000 in deals per month from our existing pipeline — which translates to $5,000–$10,000 in monthly income for you. The deals are there. The tools are there. The team is there. What you earn is entirely up to how well you execute.
