Business Data Analyst

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze tender invitation documents; evaluate and propose products for tender participation in compliance with regulations and the Company’s business strategy.
• Review, propose, and submit tender pricing for approval prior to tender submission, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant legal regulations.
• Consolidate, update, and analyze nationwide tender data, including tender prices, winning results, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to establish, standardize, and manage centralized tender data.
• Collect, process, model, and visualize sales and tender data; develop and maintain reports and dashboards on the Power BI platform.
• Analyze sales data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, growth opportunities, and areas for business improvement.
• Develop and maintain sales performance reports, tender reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to the Sales team and Management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Support teams to set targets, monitor performance, and support the development of business strategies.
• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to support sales and tender strategies.
• Support the preparation of management reports, presentations, and data-driven business proposals/tender dossiers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tender-related regulations, and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in sales, tender, and other business projects as assigned.

B. QUALIFICATION/ KEY CAPABILITIES

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in

Pharmacy

; background or strong interest in

Data Analytics / Business Analytics

is a plus.

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

Tender, Sales Analysis, or Data Analytics

, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in reviewing tender documents, evaluating products, and supporting tender pricing decisions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting;

Power BI

is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven mindset.

• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
