What You'll Do

3PL \& Warehouse Management

Own the day-to-day relationship with our third-party logistics partners. Set expectations, track performance, investigate discrepancies, and hold them accountable when service levels slip. You're the one who catches problems before they reach the customer.

Inbound Logistics

Coordinate incoming container shipments — liaising with freight forwarders, tracking ETAs, managing receiving at our 3PLs, and escalating delays before they cascade. Own the handoff from port to warehouse.

LTL \& Freight Oversight

Manage outbound LTL shipments to distributors and wholesale customers. Ensure carriers are booked correctly, shipments go out on time, and any damages or delays get resolved fast.

Distributor Operations

Own distributor communications — PO management, delivery splits, routing requirements, and issue resolution. Be the go-to when something goes wrong and the person who closes the loop so it doesn't happen again.

Continuous Improvement

Every problem you solve becomes a process. You document as you go, identify recurring issues, and build fixes that stick — reducing the manual firefighting over time and making the operation more reliable with each passing month.

Reporting \& Visibility

Keep key metrics visible and honest: on-time delivery, order error rates, receiving accuracy, freight costs. Surface problems early and bring solutions, not just status updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain at a product-based company or startup moving physical goods through 3PLs and distributors
  • Hands-on experience with inbound container logistics and outbound LTL — not just order management
  • A natural problem owner — when something goes wrong, you don't wait to be asked. You're already on it and you communicate proactively
  • Proven ability to hold external partners accountable: 3PLs, freight carriers, distributors
  • Detail-oriented and systematic — you fix the problem in front of you and then build the process so it doesn't come back
  • Tech-comfortable: proficient in Excel/Sheets and able to learn tools like Luminous, ClickUp, and Shopify
  • Strong communicator — clear in writing, direct in conversation, and consistent in follow-through
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where ambiguity is normal and ownership is expected
