Asset Management & Investment Analyst

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Specialist

to support

asset management, investment planning, and cost analysis

for large-scale

steam, generation, substation, and infrastructure projects

. This role combines

cost estimating, project evaluation, and strategic planning

to support capital investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

cost estimates

for capital projects across

steam, generation, and infrastructure systems

• Analyze

project scopes, drawings, and site conditions

to support investment decisions

• Support

asset management and capital planning initiatives

• Evaluate

design alternatives, constructability, and cost optimization strategies

• Utilize

historical cost data and estimating tools

to develop accurate projections

• Collaborate with

engineering, construction, and operations teams

• Contribute to

project scoping, budgeting, and long-term investment strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree \+

2\+ years of experience

in

engineering, construction, or cost estimating

• Experience with

commercial, utility, or infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of

construction methods, cost analysis, and project planning

• Proficiency in

Excel and estimating tools (HeavyBid or similar)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with

steam, energy, or utility systems

• Exposure to

substation, transmission, or large infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with

AACE cost estimating practices
