Job Summary Salesforce Business Analyst - consumer goods

What You\'ll Do: Evaluate business processes anticipate requirements uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings soliciting gathering and analyzing user input and requirements Creating wireframe documents with information architecture documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports Work closely with clients technicians and managerial staff Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements Mapping Salesforce objects fields with external systems Basic Javascript coding for mapping validation Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users Must Haves: A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis in CPG industry

Strong presentation communication written and verbal skills and interpersonal skills Authoring requirements definition and related documentation

Understanding Salesforce Financial services Sales Service clouds data model to develop business solutions

Knowledge on Salesforce Flows low-code validation rules and security controls Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients their business needs and technologies Proficient in tools like - PowerPoint MS-Project visio drawio etc Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Excellent planning organizational and time management skills Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution Experience collaborating with business stakeholders

Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle SDLC Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification Sales Service or Community
