Role Overview

The Product Manager will own key areas of ClaimDeck’s product and be responsible for driving meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners, this role will lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery from problem definition through execution.

This role is suited for someone early-to-mid in their product career who has demonstrated the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver impact in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership \& Execution

·        Own a set of product initiatives or problem areas, including shaping direction, prioritization, and outcomes within a shared roadmap.

·        Own a product area or problem space, defining priorities and driving outcomes within the shared roadmap.

·        Identify opportunities through customer research, data, and cross-functional input.

·        Translate problems into clear requirements and lead execution with Engineering and Design.

·        Make prioritization decisions and manage trade-offs across competing work.

·        Measure impact and iterate based on product performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

·        Serve as a connective layer between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.

·        Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.

·        Work closely with Customer Success and customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities.

·        Lead go-to-market efforts, including product launches, internal enablement, and customer-facing materials.

Outcomes \& Impact

·        Define and own key product metrics, including adoption, engagement, and customer impact.

·        Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

·        Drive measurable improvements in user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

·        2–5 years of experience in product management or equivalent experience owning and delivering cross-functional work.

·        Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a problem space and drive it through to execution.

·        Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions and trade-offs.

·        Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.

·        Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred

·        Experience in B2B SaaS environments.

·        Exposure to customer-facing roles or direct customer interaction.

·        Familiarity with product development tools and analytics platforms.

·        Experience in insurance, legal, or workflow-driven domains.
