Position: Senior Manager – Human Resources

Experience:

6–10 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to drive core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement, and Contract Labour Management. The incumbent will play a critical role in enabling business objectives through effective people practices and HR interventions, including managing HR operations at project/site locations.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and levels
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and workforce planning
  • Manage sourcing strategies, stakeholder alignment, and candidate experience
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hiring

2\. Talent Management

  • Support implementation of performance management frameworks
  • Drive talent identification, succession planning, and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership on capability building and retention strategies
  • Facilitate learning \& development interventions aligned to business needs

3\. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires
  • Drive HR operations, policies, and compliance across employee touchpoints
  • Maintain and regularly review HR policies and processes

4\. Employee Engagement \& Connect

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and feedback
  • Conduct regular employee connects, surveys, and pulse checks
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

5\. Contract Labour Management

  • Oversee engagement and compliance of contract workforce
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and labour laws
  • Partner with vendors for effective manpower deployment and management
  • Monitor contractor performance, documentation, and compliance audits

6\. Site / Project HR Management

  • Manage HR operations for project/site locations including workforce planning and deployment
  • Act as the HR point of contact for site employees, contractors, and project leadership
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety norms, and statutory requirements at sites
  • Drive employee engagement and grievance handling for site-based workforce
  • Coordinate with central HR and site teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required

7\. HR Process Implementation \& Transformation

  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, digitization, automation, and best practice adoption.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support implementation and governance of HR technology platforms, including HRMS, performance management, learning, and talent systems.
  • Monitor HR process effectiveness through metrics, analytics, and stakeholder feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead change management and communication efforts associated with HR transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and consistent execution of HR processes across corporate and project/site locations.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or equivalent from Tier 1 Institute
  • 6–8 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably within real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors
  • Prior experience managing HR at project/site locations is strongly preferred
  • Strong experience across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and contract workforce management
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
