MONITOR AND BE IN ADVANCE OF MARKET MOVEMENTS
- Build research framework and process for different mobile products considering local practice
- Bring relevant and crucial knowledge about our users finding opportunities to win on markets where we play, provide in-depth analysis of the market, our industry and competitors
- Develop benchmarks for communication, launches, business problems that will help markets to find synergies
- Support in the development of analytically rich solutions and implementation of emerging tools that help to diagnose problems and anticipate what could be improved moving forward.
CREATE A LOCL USER MINDSET
- Be perceived as excellence in users and market understanding
- Synthesise multiple sources of user feedback, user data, and operational metrics to transform data into actionable recommendations that make real impact.
- Standardize key researches/ process (prouduct test, UX, communication) and outputs
- Develop and accelerate NPS System maturity by closely collaborating with business teams on an on-going basis.
- Understand current and potential opportunities for product and image
- Recommend marketing targets according to historical data and support digital teams on media return understanding.
- Lead regional reporting to democratise insights that enable the organisation to gain deeper understanding of user needs \& irritants.
- Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills able to connect different sources of information to drive powerful Insights
- Experienced in leading, designing and executing end-to-end user research projects, and interpreting a mix of qualitative and quantitative data, encompassing all phases of research along the product’s lifecycle continuum, including U\&A, segmentation, Persona, and product lifecycle management activities.
Requirements:
- Understand mobile internet business, such as mobile gaming, social, content, tools, etc.
- 8\+ years working experience in Market Research, User Research and Insights, Digital Experience, and Project Management.
- 4 years \+ work experience in mobile internet products.
- 3 years\+ work experience with a market research/consulting agency.(e.g. Kantar, Ipsos, Nielsen, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with a multi-national team, and lead through influence to create alignment.
- Ability to manage external agencies across South Asia markets
- Bachelor´s degree is required preferably in Marketing, psychology, industry design or engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
