Senior Business Process Analyst
Why This Role Matters
Enlyte is seeking a
Senior Business Process Analyst
to play a critical role in driving strategic business initiatives and operational excellence across our claims organization. This position blends deep analytical expertise with process optimization and strategic insight to help improve outcomes across product, pricing, and end‑to‑end claims operations.
You’ll work at the intersection of data, process, and strategy—partnering across business, IT, and leadership teams to translate insights into meaningful, measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive data‑driven decision‑making, leveraging advanced analytical and visualization tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, dashboards) to deliver actionable insights
- Lead process analysis and optimization efforts, mapping complex claims workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes
- Own end‑to‑end initiatives, from data collection and analysis through recommendation development and executive‑level presentation
- Gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support product portfolio, pricing analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or re‑engineering techniques
- Develop and track performance metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis, and align improvements to identified performance gaps
- Perform cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to quantify the value of proposed solutions
- Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Document technical workflows and end to end operations processes
What You Bring
- Strong experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst, ideally within Workers’ Compensation or insurance‑based claims environments
- Deep understanding of claims lifecycles, regulations, and industry terminology
- Proven ability to operate effectively in Agile environments, adapting to evolving priorities and fast‑paced delivery cycles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong ROI focus

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or 5\+ years in related field.
- Experience in data analysis, consulting, or related field.
- Ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to make business decisions using complex information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
- Strong, self-motivated team player.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $64,000 - $83,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
