What you'll be doing

You'll lead the architecture of a Microsoft Fabric-based enterprise data platform, built on metadata-driven principles with governance and data quality baked in from the start rather than bolted on later. This isn't a purely strategic role sitting above the work — you'll be hands-on in designing and supporting the build of the platform and its data products, while also helping shape and grow the wider data practice as it scales.

What we're looking for

A senior data architect with strong Microsoft Fabric (or equivalent modern data platform) experience, a genuine grasp of metadata-driven design and data governance, and — just as importantly — the appetite to build something from scratch rather than maintain what's already there.
