Scope of Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development and maintenance of marketing pieces while also supporting other department initiatives.

Job Duties

• Design graphics for digital, print, web, and social media.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Collaborate on campaign concepts.
• Support internal customer design requests.
• Incorporate feedback from internal customers and take creative direction from stakeholders.
• Work with photographers, videographers, web programmers, and others.
• Prepare final files for production and publishing.
• Coordinate with vendors for project quotes and delivery of materials.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of ProAct’s business.
• Responsible for attending workshops, seminars, or other developmental opportunities as identified to improve individual and/or team performance.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
